With a career spanning over 16 years in the aerospace and defence industry, Sam Austin has built a reputation for excellence in technical management and customer-focused solutions. His journey began with foundational hands-on roles as an Avionics Technician at Air Affairs and Raytheon, where he developed deep technical expertise.

Building on this base, Sam transitioned to CAE Australia, where over nearly seven years, he progressed from a Senior Flight Simulator Technician into key leadership positions, including Customer Support Lead and Customer Support Manager. This experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of client needs in complex training and simulation environments. His career then advanced to a strategic level at Boeing, where he served as a Strategic Asset Manager.

Today, as a Customer Solutions Manager at Simutech Solutions & AIC Connect, Sam leverages his extensive background to bridge the gap between technical requirements and client objectives.
